Cellular Line designs directly in Italy and it also develops every single
product in collaboration with its technological partners.
From the earliest phases of conception, each project is developed by
rigorously following strict principles of quality, reliability and respect
for the environment.
2. MULTIPLE PRE-PRODUCTION TESTS
Before each prototype goes into production,
it is tested with every mobile phone to guarantee complete compatibility.
The tests are well-constructed
simulations of use aimed at testing functionality, efficiency and resistance.
The tests are carried out at Cellular Italia S.p.A.’s Research
and Development laboratories in Reggio Emilia.
3. CHECKS ON PRODUCTIONS
Cellular Line production is spread throughout
Italy, Europe and Far East, according to the type of product and technology
required.
Cellular Italia S.p.A. directly controls every production step, to check
that quality specifications and standards established in the design phase
are applied.
4. THREE QUALITY AND COMPATIBILITY TESTS
Before being placed on the market, all products undergo checks and inspections
in three different laboratories: in the factory where they are produced,
in the Cellular Italia S.p.A. laboratories and in the technical department
of logistics. These checks verify the quality and reliability of each
product, its conformity to design standards and its complete compatibility
with the phones used.
5. CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMITY WITH EUROPEAN STANDARDS
 Every Cellular Line product undergoes all tests for certification under
EU standards for sale.
All these tests are carried out by third party institutes recognised
by the certifying bodies.
6. CLEAR, CORRECT COMMUNICATION
Cellular Line packaging clearly displays the features and quality of
its products, with no misleading information. Compatibility is explicitly
shown for different brands and models of mobile phone and is guaranteed
by Cellular Italia S.p.A..
Every product, box or manual always clearly and correctly shows, wherever
required, the country in which the item was produced, where it is from,
its certification and conformity to the law.
7. GUARANTEE AND CUSTOMER CARE
Cellular Line products are guaranteed by law at POPs where the purchase
was made. Cellular Italia S.p.A. also offers comprehensive, competent
after-sales care, both at its call-centre and via e-mail.
8. ISO 9001/2000 COMPANY CERTIFICATION
 Cellular
Italia S.p.A.’s company procedures and activities have been certified
under UNI EN ISO 9001/2000 with the following field of application:
“ Style, design management, trade name
and after-sales service of own brand name accessories for mobile and
multimedia phones”.
