Right of withdrawal and Returns

You may withdraw from the contract you entered into via the site cellularline.com/it (“Site”), without giving any reasons, within 14 days.

The withdrawal period ends after 14 days:

a) in the case of an order for a single product, from the day when you or a third party, other than the transport company you chose, takes possession of the goods; or
b) in the case of an order for the delivery of a product comprising multiple lots or items, from the day when you or a third party, other than the transport company you chose, takes possession of the last lot or item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract, providing a specific statement, for example a letter sent by post or email (contact details: T-Data_CL modulo L1, Via Strasburgo 31, 41011 Campogalliano (MO)", email “cellularline.seller.esp@t-data.it”). For this purpose, you may use - but this is not compulsory - the standard withdrawal form at the bottom of the page.

T-Data s.r.l. (“T-Data s.r.l. ”) also gives you the chance to withdraw online, by compiling and sending the specific form (“Online Withdrawal Form”). To access the form, click on the link “Right of Withdrawal”, which is also on the Product Page, and in the footer of the Site. If you do withdraw online, T-Data s.r.l. will promptly send you an email confirming it has received your request to withdraw. You may be asked to indicate why you want to withdraw, however you do not need to reply. Not giving a reason for withdrawing will not have any effect on your right of withdrawal. In all cases of withdrawal, regardless of the procedure, T-Data s.r.l. will send you an email with a PDF attachment containing the RMA code. Please put this code in the parcel when returning the Product, to help us manage the procedure. If possible, please put the product to return in its original packaging.
To meet the deadline for withdrawal, you simply need to send the notice to exercise your right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract and have met the required conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments made by you in relation to the withdrawn product, including delivery costs (where applicable), will be reimbursed without undue delay and within 30 calendar working days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract (timing may vary depending on the volume of returns to be processed). In the case of partial withdrawal from multiple-item orders, delivery costs will not be refunded, as they relate to the delivery of products for which you did not exercise the right of withdrawal and since their amount is not dependent on the number of products ordered or their weight, being calculated as a fixed amount independent of those elements. Delivery costs will be refunded only if the withdrawal concerns all products in the multi-item order. All refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. The refund may be withheld until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of having returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

using a transport company of your choice and at your expense, without delay, and in any case within 14 days from informing us of your decision to withdraw. This deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days ends. You will pay for the direct costs to return the goods.

In any case, you are only responsible for a decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the good.

Please note that your right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases indicated in article 59 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 - Consumer Code.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Option 1

Are you registered at the website?
This self-service option is available if you prefer to handle your return on your own and have an account that you used to place your order.

Follow these steps:

1. Access your customer area and go to your “order history”.
2. Select the order containing the products to be returned and click on “return products”. You can select the amount you wish to return for each individual product row.
3. Confirm the return which will be automatically accepted with a generated RMA code.
4. You will receive an e-mail at your address containing: instructions on returning the item, the RMA code and the list of returned products. Follow the instructions carefully. Print the email message, put it in the package and send it together with the item to be returned.
5. As soon as we receive your package and check the product, we will issue a refund for the returned goods.

Option 2

Are you not registered at the website?
This self-service option is available if you have placed an order as a guest, without registering, and prefer to handle your return on your own.

Follow these steps:

1. Enter the information in the form below.
2. After the appropriate checks, you will receive an e-mail at your address containing: instructions on returning the idem and the RMA code. Follow the instructions carefully. Print the email message, put it in the package and send it together with the item to be returned.
3. As soon as we receive your package and check the product, we will issue a refund for the returned goods.

 

Option 3

Use the PDF Standard Withdrawal Form

This self-service option is available if you have either placed an order as a guest, without registering, or as a registered user of the website.

Follow these steps:
 

1. Fill out the PDF form which you can find to download on this page.
2. Send the form as an attachment via e-mail to the following address: cellularline.seller.esp@t-data.it or by ordinary post to the address: T-Data_CL modulo L1, Via Strasburgo 31, 41011 Campogalliano (MO)
3. After we have received the form and performed the appropriate checks, you will receive an e-mail at your address containing the instructions on returning the item and the RMA code. Follow the instructions carefully. Print the email message, put it in the package and send it together with the item to be returned.
4. As soon as we receive your package and check the product, we will issue a refund for the returned goods.
